The WELLS-CTI EM Series TEC controller is a fully integrated system designed for high precision temperature control applications. The EM Series TEC controller is the most advanced product available in the line of leading edge thermo-electric controllers. The EM Series accepts RTD and thermistor sensors for the highest long term reliability and performance, which are optimized through a auto tuning PID controller. In conjunction with the PID controller, the auto tuning capabilities assure maximum control capabilities over a wide range of temperatures and minimizes overshoot and undershoot, eliminating manual adjustments. Users can leverage the LED display, which identifies set point and interface point temperature, to clearly monitor and adjust the application status. For advanced control capabilities the user can manipulate the application through TCU View™, a fully functional display, control, and data collection GUI through a RS232 connection. TCU View™ allows the user the take full entitlement of the EM Series controller through the empowerment of programming various cycles including ramp time, soak time to ramp, and delay with the additional capability of capturing data in a user friendly format for analysis.
